I have lived in the Tampa Bay Area all my life growing up in Palm Harbor and raising my family in Clearwater. I now reside in Westchase, a beautiful community in Tampa with my fiancée.

 My family is a product of the Pinellas County school system, and all three of my daughters graduated from the University of Central Florida and the University of Florida. And are now in Medical school in Jacksonville and USF. This gives me great knowledge of the Tampa area’s public/private schools and college system.

 Prior to becoming a Realtor I had a long (over 30 Year) career and retired in Management and learned the value of professionalism and attention to detail. Real Estate is MY PASSION ! For over 30 years I have also bought, sold and invested in Real Estate throughout the Tampa Bay Area. From building my own home on two acres in Clearwater, to purchasing and Developing Commercial warehouses in Pasco County and building commercial offices in Pinellas County. All of which I currently still own and lease to small businesses and a private law firm. This experience has helped me build my skills in communication, organization, negotiations, and marketing.  In my spare time I love volunteering my time at my church (Calvary Church) at the coffee bar on Sunday or mission work in Puerto Rico. Also giving back to local charities like Tunnel to Towers and Metropolitan Ministries. Playing tennis in two different leagues and learning the art of Barbecue.
